Cyprus: the deadline for the introduction of a fine for late filing of a declaration on the HE32 form has been postponed
January 22, 2021
We remind you that on the 18 of December 2020 a number of measures against late registration of companies came into force.
One of these measures was the introduction of a fine for late submission of the annual declaration on the HE32 form. The fine is EUR 50 at a time, plus EUR 1 for each day of delay during the first six months and EUR 2 for each subsequent day of delay with a maximum fine of EUR 500.
However, the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus announced the postponement of the introduction of this fine to the 1 of April 2021.
