Cyprus Authorities presented the new portal for online payments of the social insurance contributions
January 19, 2021
Cyprus Authorities presented the new portal for online payments of the social insurance contributions – SIS net use of which will be mandatory starting from January 25.
Summary of the features of SISnet:
- Each company has to register (own login and password);
- Companies will no longer be required to monthly file form YKA2 along with payment receipt to social insurance;
- Companies now can register/deregister employees online;
- Old payments history will be accessible via the system only to the extent they were been done via previous social insurance electronic system;
- Overdue contributions will be available for payment via SISnet starting at some time middle of February;
- For other taxes (income tax, for example) there are no any changes in old procedures.
